When will my order dispatch?

Please check the sections below for our current dispatch timeframes.

In-stock items

In-stock items are currently dispatching within 5–7 business days.

Once your order has been packed and sent, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

2027 Signature Planner pre-order items

Our 2027 Signature Planners and pre-order notebooks are pre-order items and will not dispatch immediately.

Dispatch timeframes are based on the date your order was placed:

• Orders placed from 2–23 July 2026: Dispatch will begin from Monday, 14 September 2026.
• Orders placed from 24 July to 5 August 2026: Dispatch will begin from Friday, 9 October 2026.
• Orders placed from 6 August 2026 onward: Dispatch will begin from Monday, 19 October 2026.

Please note that dispatch begins from these dates, and it may take some time for all pre-orders to be packed and sent.

What happens if my order includes both in-stock and pre-order items?

If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, your full order may be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready.

If you need your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been packed and is on the way.
