In-stock items

Orders containing only in-stock items are currently dispatching within 5–7 business days. Once your order has been packed and sent, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

2027 Signature Planner pre-orders

Dispatch has begun. We’re packing and sending Signature pre-orders, starting with the earliest orders first.

2027 Classic Planner pre-orders

Classic pre-orders are open now, and will be packed and sent starting with the earliest orders first.

What happens next?

Within each collection, we pack and send pre-orders in the order they were received. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

“Dispatch begins from” is the date we start sending that group of orders — not the date every order will leave. Our small team is packing thousands of planners, so it will take time to work through each group. These are dispatch timeframes, not delivery dates.

We can’t provide an exact dispatch date for individual orders. If your shipping email hasn’t arrived yet, your order is still in the queue.

Ordered items with different dispatch timeframes?

Your whole order will be held and sent together once all items are ready.

This means if your order includes both a Signature and a Classic planner, everything will be held until your Classic planner is ready — see the Classic timeframes above. The same applies to orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items.

If you’d like your in-stock items or an earlier-dispatching planner sooner, please place separate orders.
