We understand how exciting it is to receive your new goodies, and we’re here to keep you in the loop!

In-Stock Items

Orders containing only in-stock items are packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Pre-Orders Placed in July

If you placed your pre-order during July, your order is expected to ship between late September and early October.

Pre-Orders Placed in August

Pre-orders placed in August will dispatch from 15th October.

Combined Orders

If your order includes both a pre-order item and other in-stock items, the full order will be held and shipped together once everything is ready.
