Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges

We get it — sometimes something just isn’t quite right. Here's how to return or exchange an item:

What Can Be Returned?

You can return any physical item for a refund or store credit if:

  • It’s within 90 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

What Can’t Be Returned?

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Anything used or not in saleable condition

How to Return

Option 1: Use Our Return Label

We’ll email you a prepaid AusPost label.

→ A $11.99 fee will be deducted from your refund or credit.


Option 2: Organise Your Own Return

Use your own courier or AusPost (tracked is best).

Return shipping is at your own cost.


Refund or Store Credit?

Once your return is on the way, we’ll process it right away.

Let us know if you’d like:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or
  • A store credit for future use
