Not quite right? No problem!

If you've changed your mind, you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase — as long as it's unused and in resalable condition.

How to return:

1. Head to our Returns Portal

2. Follow the steps to lodge your return or exchange

3. Post the item back to us — you’ll need to cover the cost of return postage
   
   Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the criteria, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
   

Please note:

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Items bought using Afterpay will be refunded to the original account

• If your return doesn’t meet our policy (e.g. item used or not in resalable condition), we may decline the return or offer an exchange instead
