We ship from Western Australia with Australia Post, and the elves get busy in December. To give your parcel the best chance of arriving before Christmas, please place your order for in-stock items by:

• NT — Thursday 3 December
• Tasmania — Monday 7 December
• Queensland — Tuesday 8 December
• NSW, ACT, Victoria and SA — Wednesday 9 December
• WA — Friday 11 December
• New Zealand — Monday 30 November

These dates are based on Australia Post’s Christmas cut-offs for metro addresses and our usual 5–7 business day dispatch. If you’re regional or rural, please allow a few extra days. Orders placed after these dates will still be sent as quickly as we can, but may not land until after Christmas.
